Rex Healthcare is committed to providing a superior nursing program in two convenient locations. Guests benefit from around the clock nursing care, provided by specially trained nurses, staff and caregivers. Residents enjoy a private dining area and have access to a variety of activities and programs. We encourage independence and work very hard to ensure our residents have an opportunity to entertain family and friends. We provide skilled nursing care in Apex and in Raleigh. Our facilities are designed so that residents enjoy excellent nursing care in a homelike setting.
