At Rex Rehabilitation and Nursing Care Center of Apex, both residents and patients will find the joys of a warm comfortable environment combined with the security of knowing that they are on the road back to good health and independence closer to home. Rex Rehabilitation and nursing Care Center provides short term rehabilitation, skilled nursing and long term care for residents in southern Wake County such as those in Apex, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina and Cary as well as surrounding counties such as Chatham, Durham, Lee, Johnston and Harnett.
Our facility is designed with residents in mind, to accommodate individuals with physical limitations. Rex Healthcare continues its tradition of providing high-quality care through Rex Rehabilitation and Nursing Care Center of Apex where residents and patients receive superior rehabilitation as well as excellent nursing care. Our caring and professional staff uses a team approach to work with our patients, residents and resident’s families, along with our physician’s to develop individualized treatment plans to insure that optimal goals are reached.

Rex Rehabilitation and Nursing Care Center is conveniently located off of US 1 on South Hughes Street. Turn on Perry Street off of Williams Street/Hwy 55 in Apex. We are on the corner of Perry Street and South Hughes.
