Our office is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Visiting staff are scheduled seven days a week to meet our patient needs. Call us at (919) 784-4474.
Skilled nursing staff and a team leader is on call after normal business hours in order to alleviate your concerns.
Rex Home Services is a Medicare/Medicaid certified, not-for-profit Home Health Agency, currently serving Wake and parts of Johnston, Harnett, and Franklin counties. At the request of your physician, we are able to provide skilled services such as nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy in the privacy of your own home.
Intermittent Home health aide services are also available in conjunction with an appropriate skilled service. When the need for additional resources is identified, our social work or dietary departments are available.
